NASHVILLE, TENNESSEE — The Metropolitan Nashville Police Department apprehended Anton Rucker, 46, a convicted felon, in Princeton, Kentucky, for a fatal shooting at Roasted Salemtown restaurant in Nashville during Easter Sunday brunch.

Rucker, found on the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation’s Most Wanted list for killing 33-year-old Allen Beachem and injuring five others, surrendered peacefully and is jailed in Kentucky awaiting extradition.

The incident occurred amidst a dispute that escalated dramatically, leading to Rucker firing multiple shots. Roasted Salemtown expressed deep sorrow over the event, extending condolences to the victims and their families while pledging cooperation with the ongoing investigation.

Rucker’s criminal history includes several convictions for aggravated assault, evading arrest, and drug sales, highlighting a pattern of violent and illegal behavior.
