Howdy Boys and Girls, it’s Friday, and I feel like I accomplished very little on the visible side this week. Behind the scenes, its been crazy. But before I get into that, RIP to Mr. Baseball, Bob Uecker.

Thank you everyone for your understanding my diminished publishing schedule of late. I cram as much as I can into about 25 hours a week, and this time around I have been getting ready for SHOT Show.
Lots of trying to find contacts at companies we have fallen out of touch with, setting up meetings, doing background research, and getting ready to cover the show on my own. I am confident, but it is intimidating nonetheless.

Switching gears for a minute…
At the time of this writing, there is supposedly a cease fire agreement, and a tentative deal to release the hostages. But I hear that Hamas might be moving the goalposts.
Hopefully, by the next time I publish a WOT, the hostages are in fact all home. I look forward to retiring this section of the thread, which I have kept as a tribute for more than a year since October 7th, 2023. Another thing I have tried to do throughout is mine a few nuggets of humor when they managed to break through the darkness.
