Wow., .this flew under my radar, and Mark’s, and most of the folks who have their feelers out and send us leads.
Apparently, GSM Outdoors has been sold. GSM, if you recall, purchased Cold Steel, Purchased SOG, and purchased Camillus over the past few years. We have covered these acquisitions, both digitally and in Knife News in the print magazine.
We missed it when it when down, but GSM has been purchased by an even larger firm, Platinum Capital.
