First Look: Galco Stow-N-Go Elite Holster

Galco’s original Stow-N-Go IWB (Inside The Waistband) holster was a big hit for the company. Now Galco is using that popular design as the basis for the new Stow-N-Go Elite holster, which is part of the Masterbilt series of holsters. This new holster is meant to be the ultimate expression of the Stow-N-Go, featuring premium materials and meticulous construction methods, resulting a professional-grade leather inside-the-waistband holster.

The Masterbilt holster series combines the finest-quality premium leathers with the skills of Galco’s most experienced craftsmen and represents the pinnacle of Galco’s leather-holster construction.  The detailed hand molding and full-grain leather lining means Masterbilt holsters are not only beautiful, but also very functional. Masterbilt holsters get their final drying on a last, a solid form around which the holster is dried. As such, they’re ready to go, straight from Galco, with little or no break-in required.

Constructed of fully-lined premium steerhide, the Stow-N-Go Elite features detailed hand-molding for both secure retention and a beautiful appearance. The smooth leather lining provides increased tactile feedback on the draw while easing wear on handgun finishes. The refinement of leather lining is not only practical, but also enhances the overall look and feel of a hand-crafted premium holster.

The open-top design of the Stow-N-Go Elite allows for an easy draw, while the firm construction keeps the holster open for smooth return to the holster. The vertical orientation gives the option of strong side or appendix carry to meet the needs of a broad range of gun carriers. The sturdy polymer belt clip secures firmly to belt or pants, using a claw shape to prevent unintentional removal.

Available in black or tan, the Stow-N-Go Elite has an MSRP of $139, and fits belts up to 1¾ inches wide. More information on this holster and other products from Galco is available at galcousa.com.
