NFAA’s Rushmore Rumble Returning to ATA Show Week in 2027

NEW ULM, MN — The National Field Archery Association’s Rushmore Rumble will return to ATA Show Week in 2027, bringing one of the sport’s premier indoor archery competitions back as part of the archery industry’s largest week of events.

The Rushmore Rumble will once again take place at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis alongside the ATA Trade Show and Archery & Bowhunting Supershow as part of ATA Show Week, which brings together competition, business, education and consumer engagement under one roof.

The tournament’s return adds to ATA Show Week by creating opportunities for archers, retailers, manufacturers and brands to connect while experiencing all corners of the archery industry in one setting.

“Having the Rushmore Rumble return to ATA Show Week strengthens the experience for everyone involved,” Jeff Poole, ATA president and CEO, said. “It brings together the competitive side of archery with the business and consumer experiences that make ATA Show Week the premier archery and bowhunting event of the year.”

The Rushmore Rumble attracts competitors from across the country and continues to grow as part of ATA Show Week. More than 900 archers competed during the 2026 event, highlighting the tournament’s reach and the connection between competition and the broader archery industry. Returning in 2027, the event will once again provide archers with an opportunity to compete on a national stage while participating in ATA Show Week activities.

“We’re excited to continue our partnership with the ATA for the 2027 Rushmore Rumble,” Bruce Cull, NFAA Foundation president, said. “The success and turnout of the first year were incredible to see, and we’re excited to continue growing the event in 2027.”

The Rushmore Rumble will take place Jan. 8-10, 2027. The event is open to all archers, with no membership required. For more information, visit https://nfaausa.com/events/national-tournaments/rushmore-rumble-2027.
