Nauert, a craft master with over 45 years of experience as a hunter, outdoorsman, and butcher, shows his work with America’s armed forces and everyday outdoor enthusiasts, teaching essential skills for thriving in the wild.
Each episode of Jason the Butcher takes viewers on a journey through challenging environments, historical insights, and hands-on lessons in survival, hunting, and shooting. From subzero survival training in Montana to a Civil War reenactment exploring combat food logistics, Nauert’s expertise and passion for the outdoors shine through every adventure.
