Jim Curcuruto Joins Board of the Outdoor Warrior’s Alliance

MIDDLEBURY, Conn. – March 4, 2025 – The Outdoor Warrior’s Alliance Inc., DBA Licking River Outfitters (LRO), is proud to announce that Jim Curcuruto has joined its board of directors.

Curcuruto has been a key figure in the outdoor industry since 2009 and is currently serving as the Executive Director for the Outdoor Stewards of Conservation Foundation. Jim is a lifelong outdoorsman who has a passion for introducing new folks to the outdoors.

“It is a true honor to join the board of the Outdoor Warrior’s Alliance,” said Curcuruto. “They are a one-of-a-kind, volunteer-based nonprofit that provides quality hunting experiences to those most in need.”

Licking River Outfitters is a 501(c)(3) non-profit based in Northeast Kentucky that specializes in supporting wounded soldiers, disabled veterans, critically ill and disadvantaged youth on the hunting adventure of their dreams!

LRO founder, Robin Gassett, notes “We are excited to welcome Jim into our organization and look forward to having him help expand our efforts to provide as many quality outdoor experiences as possible.”

Outdoor Warrior’s Alliance is composed of a 100% volunteer staff of veterans and civilians from all walks of life. By working cooperatively with hunt donors as well as generous individual and corporate sponsors, Licking River Outfitters has made a significant impact on the lives of thousands of children, disabled veterans and their families. Its primary purpose is to make a positive impact on the lives of disadvantaged children, disabled veterans and their families by providing opportunities for hunting, fishing, trapping, education and habitat enhancement.
