The precision vacuum heat treatment process begins with a controlled, high-heat vacuum treatment designed to eliminate internal stress at the molecular level. Electro chemical rifling is used rather than using traditional cut or button rifling methods that introduce mechanical stress, Benelli employs advanced electro chemical rifling. Through controlled electrolysis, rifling is etched into the bore without physical contact. This preserves exceptional bore straightness while producing highly uniform lands and grooves—delivering smoother bullet travel, enhanced consistency, and repeatable precision in demanding hunting conditions.
