Badlands® ATX Packs Now Available in Approach OG, New Approach GT Camo

Sandy, UTAH – Badlands has added two camouflage options to its new All-Terrain Xtreme (ATX) pack lineup – classic Approach OG and, new for 2024, Approach GT (Ground & Timber).

Approach GT camo is a new, darker-toned version of Approach, still with multiple pattern layers to break up the human form, but with more vertical lines to mimic the bark of a tree. This makes GT perfect for hunting big woods with a canopy of leaves darkening the terrain or for when tucked up against a tree trunk.

Now available, ATX packs combine high-performance materials and features, like a water-repellent finish and modular design, backed by Badlands’ industry-leading Unconditional Lifetime Warranty. Equally useful for treks into the backcountry or for everyday travel, ATX packs have durable, two-layer fabric, compression straps on the front and sides, can accommodate hydration reservoirs and come in three sizes: the ATX 12 (1,200 cubic inches, MSRP $129.99), ATX 16 (1,600 cubic inches, MSRP $179.99) and ATX 25 (2,500 cubic inches, MSRP $249.99).

Both the smaller ATX 12 and midsized ATX 16 are unstructured day packs, making them comfortable to carry and easy to store when empty. The ATX 16 and ATX 25 both feature adjustable waistbelts, and the waistbelt on the ATX 16 is also removeable. Meanwhile, the larger ATX 25 includes an internal T-6 aluminum frame for maximum strength while hauling heavier loads.

All ATX packs are compatible with Badlands’ SWAP System, allowing users to custom-configure for different loadouts, all are hydration reservoir compatible, and all work with the Badlands Bino Connect™ System to carry a binocular afield securely and easily.
