Arctic Cat Adds Experience, Enthusiasm to CFO Role

(THIEF RIVER FALLS, MN November 5, 2025) – Adding to its team of experienced powersports veterans, Arctic Cat announces Tony Henningson as its new Chief Financial Officer.

With over 30 years of professional experience, Henningson not only brings a strong financial background, but 17 of those years have been within the powersports and marine markets, serving key roles previously at Polaris, Genmar and KTM.

“As a Minnesota native and lifelong snowmobile and powersports enthusiast, I am truly honored and thrilled to play a part in the resurgence of this iconic brand and company,” Henningson said. “Leveraging the unparalleled legacy and passion of the brand and being the best partner we can be to our dealers, suppliers, and consumers is the key to moving Arctic Cat into the driver’s seat within the powersports segment.”

“Tony brings a wealth of valuable experience from multiple segments including powersports, banking, manufacturing, and more,” said Arctic Cat President and CEO, Brad Darling. “His broad base of knowledge combined with his rider-driven enthusiasm for powersports makes him a solid fit and a valuable asset to our team.”

Since purchased by the current ownership team back in April, Arctic Cat has added impressive talent in various aspects of the business with a sharp focus on finding people who bring knowledge, interest and passion for powersports, fulfilling its “Riders First” promise.

About Arctic Cat Arctic Cat has been a leader in the offroad industry since 1962. Arctic Cat markets its Snowmobile, ATV and SXS products through a network of independent dealers located throughout the United States and Canada and through distributors representing dealers in Europe, South America, the Middle East, Asia and other international markets.
