GearPatrol: Your Barbour Jacket has a Hidden Feature

I got my Barbour jacket when I was working at the Sevierville, TN Orvis Store . I won it in a  Black Friday 2017 event for selling the most Barbour jackets over the course of the weekend. I still wear it multiple times a year, including grouse hunting, and would do so more if I had reason to dress up more, or would wear it more with jeans if it were better getting in and out of the car running errands.

I love the thing, but I was Today years old when I learned this…

Barbour makes some of the most iconic jackets you can buy. Whether you own one or not, you’re probably familiar with some of the brand’s hallmarks that are present across many of its classic coats.

There’s the resilient waxed cotton finish, of course. The cozy corduroy collar. The traditional tartan lining. The rugged storm flap. Then there’s the prominent zipper.
