HEVI Ammo Launches New Campaign, Updated Website and Attitude

OZARK, Missouri – September 10, 2026 – HEVI, an industry leader in performance shotshells, recently launched a new, hard-hitting campaign, including a strong and simplified brand name and logo treatment. This shift marks a bold evolution for the ammunition company and brand. The rebrand includes several marketing elements, such as a new logo, tagline, rolling packaging change, and a new company website.

Guided by the tagline “Hit Harder,” HEVI’s new brand identity and website reinforce what it has always stood for: delivering uncompromising performance for hunters and shooters who demand the best. HEVI’s next chapter is here, and it’s brave. Not to mention loud, proud, and bold.

When HEVI-Shot debuted in 1999, it revolutionized the industry with one specific innovation: high-density tungsten pellets. Today, HEVI is more than a pellet manufacturer. Dropping ‘Shot’ from its everyday nomenclature signifies the company’s growth beyond a single shot type and consumer.

“We aren’t just making a single component anymore, and a small product line that featured that component,” said Tina Larsen, Marketing Manager for HEVI. From our straight tungsten loads to the devastating power of layered tungsten products like HEVI-Hitter and the everyday reliability of HEVI-Steel, we offer a comprehensive line of high-performance shotshells. Although our new brand name is shorter, our vision is much bigger. “

For hunters walking into a crowded retail store or sporting goods dealer, HEVI’s new packaging will stand out from the crowd, making it easier to scan and find the product they’re seeking. The new look rolls out on select products this fall.

“Many loyal customers were already using the shorthand name for the brand, casually saying phrases like ‘I shoot HEVI,’ so we saw an opportunity to build a brand that reflects the confidence and passion of the people who shoot it,” said Jason Nash, Vice President of Marketing at HEVI. “The new look is cleaner, stronger, and more recognizable, but the promise remains. HEVI is committed to delivering products that perform.”

HEVI products are available at dealers nationwide and online. For more information on all HEVI products, visit www.heviammo.com.
