Genocide In Gaza Continues

Genocide In Gaza Continues

While most of the United States is still laser-focused on Charlie Kirk and what his legacy should be, the genocide in Gaza continues. Israel has started a massive incursion into Gaza City, and it’s committing genocide and leaving the city burning.

The Israeli military began a ground offensive in Gaza City, the Israel Defense Forces said on Tuesday, with two IDF divisions moving toward the city. A third was expected to join them. accoridng to a report by ABC News.  The Israel Defense Forces said its warplanes and artillery units attacked more than 150 targets in the Gaza Strip in the previous 48 hours, as Israeli troops began their offensive into Gaza City.

Israeli Defence Minister Israel Katz said early Tuesday that Gaza City, the territory’s main urban hub, “is burning”. “We will not relent and we will not back down until the mission is accomplished,” Katz wrote on X, without specifying whether this was part of a formal new operation.

Thousands of Palestinians fled in vehicles strapped with mattresses and other belongings that clogged a coastal road as Israel threatened to level a city already destroyed by two years of war.

This escalation of the war and incursion into Gaza comes as a United Nations Commission says Israel is committing genocide.

Two weeks ago, a resolution was passed by the International Association of Genocide Scholars (IAGS) stating that Israel’s conduct meets the legal definition as laid out in the United Nations Convention on genocide, according to a report by the BBC.

Charlie Kirk’s death has been quite good at taking attention away from basic human rights violations happening in Gaza. Kirk has defended Israel and claimed that it was not “starving Gazans,” although some conservative outlets have been quick to point out the Christian nationalist’s sudden change of heart. Grayzone reported that Kirk refused a funding offer from Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu just before his death in Utah at an event at Utah Valley University. Could this have something to do with his death? Or was it just incredibly convenient that he happened to be talking about it?

As an evangelical Christian, Kirk had framed his support in religious and moral terms, stating that Israel is “not like every other nation” and that there is a “moral commitment” to the land based on biblical truth. He condemned antisemitism as “poison for the mind” and “demonic evil,” and positioned TPUSA as a counter to anti-Israel activism on college campuses.

Is it all a part of the psyop? Why is everything about Kirk and his rhetoric lately? Why has the right descended into mass hysteria, threatening and doxing those who didn’t like Kirk?

Is Israel’s incursion into Gaza being ignored because so many are focused on the death of Kirk? What do you think? We want to hear your thoughts!
