No Aid Reaches Starving Gazans Despite Claims of Deliveries

Gazan residents have been under attack since the onset of the war. They are likely in need of humanitarian aid, and yet, despite Israeli claims that over 90 aid trucks have entered Gaza this week, Palestinian sources and humanitarian organizations confirm that no food, medicine, or supplies have reached desperate civilians.

Official sources inside Gaza told Middle East Eye that nothing is getting in to help the civilians in the war-torn region. “No aid has entered the Gaza Strip since 2 March,” said Nahed Shuhibar, head of Gaza’s Private Transport Association, in an interview with Alaraby TV. “Aid lorries are still stuck at the Karem Abu Salem crossing.”

Since March 2nd, Israel has enforced a total blockade on Gaza, preventing any food, medical supplies, or goods from entering the besieged enclave, while the Israeli government is facing mounting international pressure to provide aid. Israel also continues to enforce a brutal blockade that has pushed Gaza to the brink of famine, with at least 58 Palestinians already dead from malnutrition and hundreds more at risk.

UNRWA (The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East) spokesperson Adnan Abu Hasna confirmed that while thousands of aid lorries are queued at the crossing, none have entered storage facilities or reached those in need inside Gaza.

A full-scale assault on Gaza was announced just over a week ago, with the stated goal of finishing off the terrorist organization, Hamas. This has been Israel’s intention from the beginning.

Israel Announces Full-Scale Assault On Gaza

The Israeli war on Gaza has killed 53,655 Palestinians since October 7th, 2023, including over 15,000 children, according to the Palestinian health ministry.  At least 58 people have died due to malnutrition and 242 due to a lack of food and medicine, according to the Gaza-based Government Media Office.

Israel Doubles Down On Its Goal To Eliminate Hamas

Back in April of 2024 (last year), Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said that most of the Hamas battalions had already been eliminated. If that’s the case, why the ongoing assault and full-scale invasion of Gaza?

End of The War? Netanyahu Says “Most” Hamas Battalions In Gaza Have Been Eliminated

“Today we mark six months since the war began… We eliminated 19 out of 24 of the Hamas battalions, including their senior commanders. We killed, wounded, or captured a significant number of Hamas terrorists… We destroyed their factories manufacturing rockets, weapons, ammunition,” the prime minister said, according to a report by RT.  –SHTFPlan
