I know this one isn’t everybody’s favorite topic, but have you ever stopped to think about all the extra stuff you own? Storage Wars
This next one is a personal favorite of mine, I mean what could be easier than charging your buddy to park his RV on the side of your house? Now that you’ve obtained all this new found space from decluttering your humble abode, why not fill it up with other peoples? The best part is, you can charge them good money for it. If you’re fortunate enough to have a big piece of land, you can store boats, cars, trailers, hell whatever fits really. Have a small tin shed out back that’s empty now that you sold off that vintage TMNT collection? Then why not rent it out to your neighbor. Pretty sure his wife needs a place to store all those candles she’s recently acquired. Even if you’re in an apartment there’s an empty closet just longing for a roommate’s ski gear to fill it up, get creative!
