First Look: Rancher Sideliner Knife From Bear and Son

Bear And Son Cutlery is launching a new pocketknife called the Rancher Sideliner. This new folding knife showcases a blend of classic knifemaking materials and styling with modern folding-knife design. The Rancher Sideliner uses a 3⅜-inch D2 tool-steel, drop-point, non-serrated blade. Instead of being deployed via thumb studs, the Bear and Son Cutlery Rancher Sideliner uses a thumb flipper to deploy with the flip of a finger. A liner lock secures the blade in the handle when not in use. This knife also makes use of a shiny chrome polished bolster that matches the high chromium tool steel blade for that classic pocketknife look. The grip panels are available in genuine Indian Stag bone, cocobolo wood, titanium or made from G10 material. As this is a modern designed and manufactured knife, the Bear and Son Cutlery Rancher Sideliner makes use of Torx screws instead of Phillips or flat head for better screw to driver grip and more longevity.
