High Speed Gear Inc. has just unveiled its latest low-profile tactical belt, the new High Speed Gear Gen 2 Operator Belt. This purpose-built belt is suitable for tactical professionals, law enforcement end users and competitive shooters. The gun belt has a binary belt scheme with both an inner and outer belt secured in place by hook-and-loop fasteners. For strength, the inner belt portion has a rigid thermoplastic core, which is both lightweight and sturdy. The outer belt also counts on laser-cut MOLLE slits for maximum modularity.
The Gen 2 Operator Belt measures 1.75 inches wide and is compatible with most holsters, pouches and mounting systems on the market, from tactical drop-leg units to action-pistol-competition holster hangers. Gen 2 Operator Belts are built with high-strength materials, including a 1-inch Cobra buckle and Mil Spec 5625 tubular nylon webbing in order to provide a secure lock and a sturdy load-bearing capacity. In addition to this level of functionality, the Gen 2 Operator Belt’s materials are water-resistant, which makes it ideal for use in nearly all environments by reducing moisture absorption and the ability to quickly dry.
