MDT Ckyepod Gen 3
At a cool $1,000, this is not the most budget-friendly bipod. But if you want to run the best in competiton like PRS or NRL: Hunter, this is the bipod that sets the standard. Newly released is the third generation and it kicks major ass with a host of improvements.
MDT runs a Black Friday sale every year on Black Friday, so check back and you might snag this new hottness on the cheap(er).
Century Arms CA-3 7.62x51mm 18″ Rifle
A classic battle rifle that helped define an era, or close enough for you and me. The CA-3 doesn’t come optic-ready, it doesn’t have M-LOK, and it doesn’t care about level 3 plates. This .308 Win slapper has a 20-round magazine and zero chill.
Roller-delayed blowback might not be what all the guys with NODs run today, but this was peak technology in 1959. It still gets the job done to this day. Best of all, the charging handle is slappable without having to pay that HK brand tax.
Feed it the cheapest tier Milspec ammo you can find, and it will always ask for more. At $660 from PSA this Black Friday, it’s financially irresponsible to not buy it.
Vortex Razor HD LHT
One of the best hunting scopes on the market, the Razor HD LHT is the hunting version of the Razor line from Vortex Optics. Built with outstanding HD glass, perfect precision tracking turrets, but designed to keep the weight down for long hikes to the hunting ground — the Razor HD LHT is a seriusly underrated scope.
EuroOptic has some great sales going on for MOA and MIL scopes in every flavor of Razor HD LHT. My personal pick is the 4.5-22×50 MIL. Having used it for NRL: Hunter matches and shooting out past 1,000 yards, this optic is a shooter. Starting at $1,300 at EuroOptic, you need to check them out!
