Aero Precision NEW Tephra-22 Suppressor [First Look]

NEW from Aero Precision comes the next big thing in small suppressors, the Tephra-22! Made of 17-4 Stainless Steel this lightweight 7.2-ounce can is rated for smaller calibers between .22 LR to 5.7x 28 NATO using a 1/2-28 thread mounting system.

User convenience is emphasized in the design of the Tephra-22, which allows for tool-less disassembly. Shooters will find that cleaning and maintaining the suppressor can be accomplished without specialized tools. Making things even easier, the Tephra-22 can be disassembled and placed in an ultrasonic cleaner for maximum results.

Constructed from high-quality materials, the Tephra-22 features 17-4 stainless steel for its seven baffles, mount components, and serialized housing, along with lightweight aluminum for the outer tube and end cap. Available in either Black or Kodiak Brown anodizing, both color options are durable and long lasting.

As with all Aero Precision suppressors, the Tephra-22 is backed by a Manufacturer’s Lifetime Warranty, providing assurance of long-lasting performance.

Aero Precisions Lahar suppressor line has proven to be a rock-solid set of cans that offer high noise suppression at an extremely budget-friendly price point. While time will tell if the Tephra-22 will make the same impact in the small-bore suppressor world as the Lahar did, we’re excited to see it in action.
