WAR ALERT: Trump Said The U.S. Will Soon Start Bombing Venezuela

WAR ALERT: Trump Said The U.S. Will Soon Start Bombing Venezuela

The United States ruling class just announced that it will soon start bombing Venezuela’s land mass. The U.S. military has conducted a number of deadly attacks on boats it claims were linked to Venezuelan-led narcotics smuggling.

These attacks amounted to war crimes. But now the “land strikes” announced by Trump will surely be seen as an act of war. U.S. ruler Donald Trump said that the military would soon start bombing alleged drug cartel targets on land. He made the comment to reporters in a cabinet meeting on Tuesday.

The announcement comes amid a massive US military buildup in the Caribbean, which Washington says is aimed at curbing Venezuelan-led drug trafficking. Caracas has denied the accusations, arguing that the US is using them as a pretext to justify invading the resource-rich South American nation. –RT

“And we’re going to start doing those strikes on land, too. You know, the land is much easier,” Trump said at the White House. “We’re going to start that very soon.”

The U.S. is being accused of attacking civilians and killing them without evidence or due process. The ruling class claims that these “narco terrorists” have ties to Venezuela’s ruling class, so the military can simply kill them. This is a horrifyingly dangerous precedent to set. So far, not a shred of evidence has been produced by the U.S. to support its claims.

Venezuela’s ruler, Nicolas Maduro, has already vowed to retaliate if the U.S. decides it wants to push for war.

Venezuela: “If The Gringos Attack, We Will Respond”

While Trump did not expand on when or where these bombings would occur, he did confirm them. He alleged that Washington could expand the strikes to any country allegedly smuggling drugs into the U.S., specifically mentioning Colombia.

However, there is no evidence that the rulers are smuggling drugs. Drug cartels are not affiliated with any ruling class and operate outside of it because of their existence. They don’t take orders from the military or police, so this is a new precedent for starting a war. It does appear that Trump understands, as he clarified, saying, “Anybody that’s doing that and selling it into our country is subject to attack,” he said.

According to a report by RT, the U.S. military deployment in the Caribbean waters off Venezuela, which has now reportedly reached upwards of 16,000 personnel, has been accompanied by increasing political pressure on Caracas.

Will Trump actually strike Venezuela? Is this just political posturing? What do you think? Start a discussion in the comments!
