Current United States President Joe Biden wants every single dollar allocated for Ukraine to go to weapons before he leaves office. The White House will use every opportunity it can to deliver more weapons to Ukraine in the final days of his administration, National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan has said.

“President Biden directed me to oversee a massive surge in the military equipment that we are delivering to Ukraine so that we have spent every dollar that Congress has appropriated to us by the time that President Biden leaves office,” Sullivan said.

The incoming U.S. ruler, Donald Trump, has claimed that he could end the Ukraine conflict in 24 hours after he is sworn in on January 20th of next year. Biden’s stated strategy has been to stand with Ukraine “for as long as it takes” to defeat Russia.
