United States ruler Donald Trump has called the United Kingdom and France, both allies, “foolish” for defying his demands and recognizing Palestine as its own state. This news comes as Israel continues its incursion into Gaza, while the genocide is ongoing.
Other nations such as Canada and Australia have also decided to defy Trump and the U.S., officially recognizing the State of Palestine during last week’s UN General Assembly session, drawing condemnation from the US and Israel, according to a report by RT.
“Several countries have foolishly recognized the Palestinian state. Some of our European friends, allies, good people,” Trump said at a press conference alongside Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu at the White House on Monday. “But they’re really, I think, doing that because they’re very tired of what’s been going on for so many decades,” he added.
Netanyahu thanked Trump for taking a “firm position that the Palestinian Authority could have no role whatsoever in Gaza.”
On Monday, Trump unveiled a 20-point roadmap to peace, which calls for the disarmament of Hamas, the release of the remaining Israeli hostages in exchange for Palestinian prisoners, and the establishment of a transitional government in Gaza. Netanyahu warned that Israel “will finish the job” if Hamas rejects the deal.
Israel Continues War On Gaza As Trump Says “Something Special” Is Coming
Israel has repeatedly stated that the elimination of Hamas is the ultimate goal of the war, and leaving it intact is not an option. Previously, Trump suggested that the U.S. military could simply seize Gaza, as he did with Greenland and Panama. Are we sure we want to trust this ruler with a peace deal?

What do you think? Are we going to see this war end soon? Is this all rhetoric? Should we trust Trump’s plan, even though his peace efforts have so far failed, and done so epically? Let us know your thoughts and discuss in the comments.
