Jens Ansø is leaving GiantMouse Knives, a company that he helped to form in 2015 alongside fellow maker Jesper Voxnaes and company CEO Jim Wirth. Anso has stepped down in order to pursue other projects and leaves behind a lineup of more than two dozen GiantMouse collab designs.
The GiantMouse brand has been defined by the knife making partnership of Ansø and Voxnaes. We’re confident this step will allow both brands to expand in new ways and achieve the unique goals we each hold for our respective visions.”
