Benchmade has released some beloved knives throughout its lengthy history, but the Bugout is among its biggest fan favorites. As it brilliantly blends function and style, it’s easy to see why so many adore it.
Now, another surprising (and exceptional) chapter in the rich history of that EDC knife has been written. Legendary lifestyle brand Kith has teamed up with Benchmade to launch one of the Bugout’s most exclusive, high-end versions.
I have never heard of Kith,and they were founded waaaaay back in 2011, so “legendary” might be a stretch. Looking at their webpage, I am not the target audience. Ironically, my first Benchmade was a mini-Grip that was an Orvis partnership, and I was exactly the target audience. Kith looks a lot younger and more urban that our demo. But I am happy any time responsible knife carry is normalized among any group.
