Fort Worth, Texas (September 22, 2025) – XS® Sights is pleased to announce Leaha Thomas has joined the company as Commercial Sales Manager. In this role, Thomas will oversee the company’s commercial sales strategy, grow aftermarket sales, and manage XS’s customer solutions team.
Prior to joining XS Sights, Thomas was Managing Partner at Bolt Strategies, LLC, where she worked with numerous clients including the National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF) and International Hunter Education Association (IHEA-USA). A US Army veteran, Thomas has held sales and marketing positions with a diverse range of companies and organizations in the hunting and shooting industry, bringing years of expertise to her role at XS.
