TrueTimber Official Merchandise Sponsor of the Boone and Crockett Club’s 32nd Big Game Awards; Display Opened May 3rd

MISSOULA, Mont. (May 6, 2025) – The Boone and Crockett Club announced that TrueTimber is the Official Merchandise Sponsor for the 32nd Triennial Big Game Awards. The 32nd Big Game Awards display opened this Saturday, May 3rd, at Johnny Morris’ Wonders of Wildlife National Museum & Aquarium in Springfield, Missouri, and features the most impressive heads, horns, and antlers accepted into the Boone and Crockett Club’s record book over the past three years. TrueTimber donated limited edition apparel and hats featuring the 32nd Big Game Awards logo that will be sold inside the Wonders of Wildlife gift shop and will also be available on the B&C merchandise website.

“We thoroughly enjoyed collaborating with the Boone and Crockett Club to create unique artwork and handpick best-selling items that resonate with outdoor enthusiasts,” said Rusty Sellars president of TrueTimber. “It was an easy decision to help them increase sales at such a fun event, while delivering quality products that we know customers will love.”

The Boone and Crockett Club has been measuring the antlers, horns, and skulls of North American big game since 1895 with the original vision of creating a record of what was thought to be the vanishing wildlife in the country. Conservation efforts initiated by sportsmen helped to recover species and records-keeping helps to document these conservation successes. The Big Game Awards honors the top-scoring animals in all 38 categories accepted into the B&C record book between January 1, 2022, and December 31, 2024. In late April, 93 incredible mounts were panel scored by teams of B&C’s top Official Measurers to verify their scores. In addition, 38 youth hunters who harvested an animal that was accepted in the record book over the past three years sent their mounts as well. This year’s exhibit includes three World’s Records—Justin Kallusky’s 2022 mountain goat, Aron Wark’s 2023 musk ox, and Tim Carpenter’s 2023 Roosevelt’s elk—as well as Austin Prieskorn’s new Virginia State Record and James Balise Jr.’s new Pennsylvania State Record American Elk.

These exceptional specimens will be on display in the Wonders of Wildlife’s Bucks and Bulls Hall from May 3rd through July 26th when the Big Game Awards gala events take place. The mounts in the display tell an incredible story about the continued benefit of wildlife and habitat conservation and Fair Chase hunting. The 32nd Big Game Awards display provides Wonders of Wildlife attendees an unparalleled opportunity to view this collection of big game animals that will only ever be seen all together in this display, and the limited-edition apparel donated by TrueTimber will be a perfect keepsake.

“We greatly value our partnership with TrueTimber and the creativity they bring to celebrating the outdoor lifestyle,” said Tony A. Schoonen, chief executive officer of the Boone and Crockett Club. “Rusty and his team truly understand how unique the 32nd Big Game Awards is and that it’s a celebration of our hunting heritage. We are excited for Wonders of Wildlife guests and visitors to the B&C website to buy their commemorative apparel with proceeds benefitting the Club’s mission.”

The 32nd Big Game Awards celebration events will be held July 24-26 in Springfield, Missouri. For more information and to purchase event tickets, visit the Boone and Crockett Club’s website at www.boone-crockett.org/big-game-awards.
