STEVE SMITH APPOINTED PRESIDENT OF KSE MEDIA VENTURES

New Role Includes Oversight of Altitude Sports and Entertainment,

KSE Radio Group, SkyCam, Outdoor Sportsman Group,

Kroenke Network Operations Center and KSE Broadcast Services Group

DENVER (Monday, March 11, 2024) – Kroenke Sports & Entertainment (KSE) announced today the appointment of STEVE SMITH as the organization’s new President of KSE Media Ventures. In his new role, Smith will lead the operations of all KSE Media properties, which include Altitude Sports and Entertainment, KSE Radio, SkyCam, Outdoor Sportsman Group, Kroenke Network Operations Center and KSE Broadcast Services Group.  

Smith will report to KEVIN DEMOFF, who has stepped into the expanded role of President of Team and Media Operations for KSE.

Before taking the helm at KSE Media Ventures, Steve Smith held the critical role of Executive Vice President of Content Distribution and Marketing. In this capacity, Smith was instrumental in shaping the strategic vision for KSE’s content partnerships, leading the negotiation and management of content agreements across all distribution platforms domestically and internationally. His keen understanding of market trends and consumer preferences helped the network group devise marketing strategies that enhanced viewer engagement and loyalty.

Smith’s innovative approach towards media distribution and his insight into the evolving digital landscape have been pivotal in transforming how content is consumed.

“Navigating the rapidly changing media environment requires a forward-thinking strategy and an unwavering commitment to delivering compelling content to our audience, whenever and wherever they want to watch it. Our focus on leveraging new technology and cultivating strong partnerships has been key to our success in expanding our reach and enhancing viewer engagement,” stated Smith.

Smith’s visionary leadership continues to drive KSE Media’s growth and adaptability in a competitive industry.

Under Smith’s direction, KSE Media Ventures will focus on developing strong proprietary content ensuring that fans and viewers receive best-in-class entertainment.
