Sponsored Shooter Todd Hitch Lead Team Remington at Jack Link’s Cup

LONOKE, Ark. – February 17, 2026 – Team Remington continues a hot start to the 2026 NSCA season with several top finishes at the prestigious Jack Link’s Cup. Held at the Quail Creek Sporting Ranch in Okeechobee, Florida, the event drew nearly 1,700 of the best sporting clays shooters. Leading Team Remington was Todd Hitch, who finished in second place in the Main Event Over All title with just under 1,400 competing for the trophy. Teammate Brandon Powell, the 2025 Main Event Over All Champion, finished in 5th place this year. The event ran from February 10-15, 2026.

“Team Remington continues its good shooting during the Florida swing,” said Christian Hogg, Remington’s Marketing Director. “The fields at these events feature the world’s best shooters and to see the early success, it’s encouraging as we draw closer to the first NSCA Regional event and the World English Sporting Clays Championship being held at the National Shooting Complex in April,” continued Hogg.

In addition to the Main Event results, Team Remington shooters also claimed several more top podium spots in the event competitions. Michael Luongo won the High Over All by beating 483 shooters in the 12 Gauge event with a perfect score and teammate Todd Hitch finished third. Luongo, the South Carolina resident, also had a third-place finish in the 20 Gauge event. Brandon Powell finished third place in the Super Sporting event which drew a field of 1,200 shooters. Powell also had a strong showing in the 5-Stand competition, finishing runner-up among 652 shooters vying for the top spot. Powell was the winner of the Make-A-Break event sponsored by Remington Ammunition.

Team Remington competes and wins with Remington Premier shotshells. Top quality, consistency, and accuracy come standard when trap, skeet, or sporting competitors shoot the iconic Premier STS and Premier Nitro families of ammunition.
