SEDALIA, Mo. – December 3, 2025 – Sierra Bullets and Barnes Bullets are excited to announce the addition of Madi Woodward as e-commerce and trade marketing manager. With an extensive understanding of consumer and partner relationships, Woodward will play a key role in enhancing brand visibility and advancing the continued growth of Sierra Bullets and Barnes Bullets.
Woodward joins the team from Central Oregon, bringing a strong background in the outdoor and shooting sports industry. She spent nearly five years at Nosler, holding multiple roles across marketing, digital initiatives and trade marketing, most recently serving as marketing manager. Throughout her tenure, she led key brand campaigns, supported major product launches, strengthened e-commerce performance and played a significant role in building and maintaining dealer relationships from a marketing perspective.
Woodward also holds an MBA from Willamette University’s Atkinson Graduate School of Management, providing a solid foundation in strategic planning, analytics and consumer marketing. Her combined professional experience, industry familiarity and education uniquely position her to support Sierra and Barnes as they continue expanding their digital footprint and dealer-focused efforts.
