Tune-in Mondays Beginning at 7 p.m. ET for New Episodes from “Dead Meat,” “WildFed” and More

DENVER (February 7, 2025) – Savor the wild on Outdoor Channel during the “Taste of the Wild” block of programming Monday nights beginning at 7 p.m. ET.  Tune in for cutting edge culinary craft influencers, such as Mike Robinson, Yia Vang, Steven Rinella,  Scott Leysath and more, as they showcase their unique style of hunting, butchering and cooking.

Featuring a lineup of renowned wild fish and game chefs, “Taste of the Wild” savors the finer things in life: to hunt, to fish and to eat. Each show promises viewers a unique journey blending the thrill of outdoor adventure with the art of cooking.

Shows included in “Taste of the Wild” block include:

Fishing the Wild (New Season Premieres Monday, February 10 at 7 p.m. ET) – English restaurateur, hunter, and adventurous fisherman Mike Robinson is one of Britain’s most prominent game chefs, and he co-owns the only pub in Britain with a prestigious Michelin-star. Mike learns and shares the many unique skills and techniques from his wild fishing crew of experts to sustainably catch amazing seafood and fish while sharing the professional methods and tips to help viewers at home elevate their wild cooking into truly Michelin-caliber food, both at home and over their campfires.

WildFed (New Season Premieres Monday, February 10 at 7:30 p.m. ET) – Join Daniel Vitalis, modern-day hunter gatherer, on an exciting culinary journey back to the source of human sustenance! WildFed reminds us that “”Food Is All Around You!”” Sometimes in the most unlikely places! From the mountains to the sea, and all the terrain in between, Daniel is joined by friends, family and a host of experts as they hunt, fish and forage hard-won ingredients from the wild. Home cooks and trained chefs help to transform these wild ingredients into delicious, memorable and meaningful meals.

Rough Cuts with Steven Rinella (Mondays at 8 p.m. ET) – Join MeatEater’s Steven Rinella on six far ranging and diverse hunts, with each episode embracing a unique, creative approach and educational experience. This series is not just about the thrill of the chase, but also about exploring the depths of character, taking risks, and lessons learned.

McMillan (Mondays at 8:30 p.m. ET) – From Hunting Camp, and the Farm and Ranch, the McMillan’s are doing everything country and bringing it all home to the table.

Life of Fire (Mondays at 9 p.m. ET) – Legendary pitmaster Pat Martin takes us on a food adventure, embedding himself with the grill masters and pitmasters who have mastered the uniquely American tradition of BBQ as they share their stories and local cooking traditions.
