NSSF Thanks Beretta Gallery Dallas for ,000 Contribution to Bolster Protect Liberty PAC Ahead of November 5 Election

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The NSSF’s Protect Liberty Political Action Committee (Protect Liberty PAC) announced it received a significant $25,000 financial contribution from the Beretta Gallery Dallas to help elect candidates dedicated to preserving and protecting liberty, freedom and the Constitutional rights of all Americans, especially our Second Amendment rights which are under constant attack.

“The entire firearm industry thanks Beretta Gallery Dallas for its significant contribution, as we approach a critical juncture this Election Day, now just two weeks away. These resources will go a long way in mobilizing voters in incredibly important swing states to help ensure a governance that values and protects the rights enshrined in our Constitution, including the pivotal Second Amendment,” said Lawrence G. Keane, Protect Liberty PAC’s Treasurer. “As the electoral margins narrow in several key U.S. Senate races and the presidential election remains tight in critical battleground states, this contribution from Beretta Gallery Dallas empowers Protect Liberty PAC to energize and mobilize our base. We are committed to informing voters about the importance of upholding our Constitutional rights, which are the cornerstone of American freedom and democracy, to be protected by any attack.”

Protect Liberty PAC remains dedicated to advocating for policies that ensure the safety and rights of all individuals, particularly emphasizing the right to bear arms as fundamental to American liberty and is proud to see Beretta Gallery Dallas stand with NSSF in this crucial time.

Protect Liberty PAC is a federally registered “super PAC” founded in 2023 by NSSF.  Protect Liberty PAC is an independent-expenditure only political committee and can accept unlimited personal and corporate contributions from companies in or outside of the industry, so long as they do not have federal contracts. Protect Liberty PAC will expressly advocate for the election or defeat of specific candidates and that advocacy will be completely independent of any candidate or political party.

Contributions to Protect Liberty PAC are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. Federal law requires Protect Liberty PAC to use its best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and the name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year. Protect Liberty PAC can accept unlimited personal and corporate contributions.  However, contributions from foreign nationals, federal contractors, national banks, and federally chartered corporations are prohibited.
