Low Profile. Rugged. Shotgun Ready. The Viper® Shotgun Enclosed Micro Red Dot.

BARNEVELD, Wis. – The latest release from Vortex® will change how you think about shotgun red dots. The Viper® Shotgun Enclosed Micro Red Dot packs everything a turkey hunter needs into a rugged, intuitive platform. And it mounts to dozens of shotgun platforms with no plates or adapters.

Patent-Pending Integrated Mount Changes the Game on Shotgun Dots.

No more plates or rails. The new Viper® Shotgun Dot mounts directly to your shotgun for out-of-the-box convenience and a more natural cheek weld.

For years, hunters and shooters who wanted to mount a red dot to their shotgun had to settle for placing it on the rib, or using a variety of plates and shims. Viper® changes all that. With its integrated mount, and universal mounting system, it’s simple to get Viper® mounted on your drilled and tapped shotgun right out of the box.

Not only does this get you mounted up and into the field faster, it ensures your dot is in a natural location that doesn’t interfere with your cheek weld. Put it all together and you get a dot that fits your shotgun and how you shoot.

Enclosed Aluminum Housing Locks Out Debris and Weather

Built for the hunt, the Viper® keeps your point of aim protected with an enclosed emitter.

From chasing toms through fields and forests, to huddling into cat tails when ducks cup their wings, shotgun red dots are constantly in harms way. The Viper®’s low-profile, enclosed design protects your point of aim from debris, weather, and whatever else you encounter in the field. Plus, even with its generous viewing window, Viper®’s low profile helps avoid snags and hangups when the cover gets thick.

Choose The Right Reticle for Your Hunt.

The available multi-reticle system provides seven different options, including a 3 MOA dot.

With the Viper® Shotgun Enclosed Micro Red Dot, hunters can choose between a simple 3 MOA red dot, or the new multi-reticle system from Vortex®. Offering seven unique reticle options, the system lets shooters choose which is best for their scenario. Not only is this system adaptable to different hunts, it means that one dot can take a hunter from the turkey woods to the duck pond at the push of a button.
