Fishooz by Dryshod Introduces Sunbrella® Coastal Living Footwear

Conklin, NY — Purpose-driven design and high-quality materials are the backbone of Dryshod’s performance waterproof boots and shoes for outdoor recreation and occupational use. Now, Dryshod leverages that same commitment to excellence to deliver an all-new recreational shoe for the adventurous coastal set.

Designed for both function and style, Dryshod’s new Sunbrella® series men’s and women’s shoes are the perfect choice for those who embrace the fun and carefree on-the-water lifestyle. Built on a sneaker platform to maximize stability on a variety of terrain, the Sunbrella® CVO (Circular Vamp Oxford) Lace-up and Slip-On shoes are ideal for everything from fishing from a boat and beachcombing to clam bakes and dockside chores.

Since all-day comfort is essential for productive and relaxing days on and along the water, Sunbrella® shoes begin with a lightweight yet rugged Dureva™ outsole featuring generous toe and heel sidewall bumpers to protect feet from rocks, shoreline debris, and multiple onboard hazards. Additional protection and ergonomics come courtesy of a molded-in nylon shank to enhance arch support and a padded collar to eliminate soreness and chaffing during long days on the move.

Another important feature for boating enthusiasts and offshore anglers is Dryshod’s Starliner tread. Engineered to efficiently displace water away from the sole, the tread offers exceptional grip on boat decks, docks, and concrete. With its squeegee-like performance, the Sunbrella Starliner quickly cuts through water tension and moves water away from the sole to help prevent slips and hydroplaning.

Inside, the Sunbrella® series delivers on the comfort quotient with a premium, fully molded and removeable PU sockliner combined with a breathable Airmesh lining along the forefoot and instep. These, combined with non-rusting metal vent ports and eyelets ensure optimal airflow and moisture control for those sun-drenched days on the shore.

Unique to the Sunbrella® series is the genuine Sunbrella® fabric upper. This highly durable material is made to withstand the toughest outdoor conditions, is color-fast so it won’t fade, and is rot-resistant to saltwater. Sunbrella® fabric is also stain-resistant and cleans up easily with warm, soapy water or mild detergent.

While built for the diverse activities of coastal living and recreation, the Sunbrella® CVO Lace-Up and Slip-On shoes are also styled for go-anywhere casual wear, dockside dining, or a relaxing stroll through the marketplace.

Offered in several solid color configurations, the Sunbrella® CVO Lace-Up and Slip-on models are available in the following sizes:

  • Men’s: 7-17 (with half sizes 7.5, 8.5, 9.5, and11.5)
  • Women’s: 6-11 (with half sizes 6.5, 7.5, 8.5, and 9.5)
