Colt’s Manufacturing Company LLC proudly announces the expansion of its renowned Python line with the introduction of 2.5” and 5” stainless-steel models. 

The decision to revive the production of the Python has sparked excitement among firearm enthusiasts worldwide. The expanded Python lineup now comprises of six distinctive handguns, all chambered in .357 Magnum, featuring barrel lengths ranging from 2.5” to 8”. The introduction of the 2.5” and 5” models add new dimensions to the series, enhancing its versatility and appeal.

The compact 2.5” Python, boasting a six-round capacity, is engineered for optimal concealment without compromising functionality. Constructed from modern stainless-steel alloys, this revolver features enhanced durability, with 30% more steel beneath the rear sight. Its target-style adjustable sights make it suitable for a range of shooting scenarios. The revolver’s compact yet robust build, combined with a double action trigger-pull between 7 and 9.5 lbs., provides a balanced shooting experience.

The 5” model, a reincarnation of the classic Python design, caters to the demands of the modern sportsman. The crisp trigger and optimized balance ensure smooth, consistent shooting performance, making it a preferred choice among discerning enthusiasts.
