AG Composites Rifle Stocks Now Available Online at Red Hawk Rifles

AG Composites, the leader in the design and production of custom rifle stocks for both hunters and precision shooters, announced today that a select portion of the company’s products is now available for hunting and shooting enthusiasts through the popular Red Hawk Rifles website, www.redhawkrifles.com  or Click here. These include the Alpine Hunter, Adjustable Hunter, and Privateer in either carbon fiber or fiberglass. In addition, AG Composites’ premium bottom metals are available on Red Hawk’s website.

“Whether you are a hunter, precision shooter or both, Red Hawk Rifles is a great source for all your bolt action rifle essentials,” said Matt Tandy, AG Composites owner. “From building a finished precision rifle to offering top-end parts for do-it-yourself custom builders, they’re a customer-service oriented company that we’re proud to be associated with.”

Founded in 2014 by military veteran brothers Matt and Dave Tandy with the goal of building the best carbon fiber composite rifle stocks in the world, the AG Composites story began after the Tandys saw their lives separated for several years while serving in the military and then later as civilians in the aerospace and engineering fields. By then, Dave – a competitive cycler who was studying the design and aerodynamics of carbon fiber bicycles — was building carbon fiber housings and telescopes for astronomers around the world. Matt and Dave, both having a love for hunting and shooting, decided to build rifle stocks inletted for the extremely popular Remington 700 action and common clones. Today the company has evolved into one that, in Matt Tandy’s words, “is constantly looking at new technologies and materials in our endless pursuit to produce products that offer outstanding value and excellent performance for our customers. We are incorporating cutting-edge manufacturing such as 3D printing while continuing to research the latest advancements in materials.”

Today the company uses modern design software from Solidworks and AutoDesk to create Computer Aided Design (CAD) models of every stock they manufacture. “Our design engineers bring their aerospace industry CAD modeling experience to every stock we design. In addition, we use only the highest-quality carbon fiber, epoxy, fiberglass, and paint products to manufacture our premium lines of rifle stocks. And, our proprietary manufacturing process is the ‘secret sauce’ behind our ability to produce best-in-class stocks with delivery times that are a fraction of our competitors. Consistency, efficiency, cost control, and frequent quality control checks are the primary drivers of each step of our manufacturing process. Our goal is to give our customers outstanding value and superior performance with the best products in the business.”
