HOUSTON, TX – September 3, 2025 — The Hunting Matters podcast welcomes Adam Montgomery, a dedicated outdoorsman, conservation advocate, and Life member of HSCF.
With over five years of experience in account management at DEX Imaging, Adam has built a career defined by hard work, resilience, and commitment. Raised by his grandparents, Adam’s “old school” upbringing and the influence of his grandfather—who taught him to shoot at age five—sparked a lifelong passion for firearms and the outdoors.
Although he didn’t hunt until the age of 16, Adam quickly developed his skills in the field, pairing his natural determination with the focus instilled from years of martial arts training. A 3rd-degree black belt in taekwondo, Adam credits his early discipline and perseverance to these formative experiences.
Today, Adam is a life member of HSCF, serving as 2026 chairperson for convention banquet table sales, and was instrumental in bringing DEX Imaging on board as a HSCF corporate partner and sponsor of HSCF’s Youth Education Program. His dedication to HSCF reflects his belief in the organization’s mission of conservation, education, and preserving the hunting heritage for future generations.
Beyond his professional and community involvement, Adam is most proud of his role as a husband and father. His wife and young son are his greatest inspiration, fueling his continued drive to give back and grow personally and professionally.
