KnifeInformer:  Benchmade Barrage Review

Over the last 30 years or so, Benchmade has made quite a name for itself in the knife industry and any knife enthusiast will tell you they are highly respected in the community.  They have proven to be a revolutionary force in knife making, employing impressing quality control standards and combining excellent designs with today’s technologies to bring you formidable blades at a reasonable price.

Building on it’s superb AXIS-lock Benchmade introduced the Barrage in 2009 which was the first AXIS-lock folding knife featuring an assisted-opening mechanism.  Designed by the late Warren Osborne, this is a premium production folder aimed at higher end users.  Is it worth the money?  Read on…

I honestly don’t have a lot of experience with the Barrage. I was a Griptilian guy until I became a Bugout guy, as my Benchmade of choice.
