Team Blaser’s Haylyn Hanks Shines at World FITASC Championship

Team Blaser’s Haylyn Hanks gave another stellar performance at this year’s World FITASC Championship, placing Runner-Up Lady after a three-way tie. This year’s event was held June 27-30 at Game Unlimited Hunting Club & Sporting Clays in Hudson, Wisconsin, and drew 996 competitors from 33 countries. Hanks, the defending Ladies World Champion, shot a 182/200 tying with two other ladies from the USA. She went on to win Ladies Runner-up in the challenging shoot offs with a 14/25. Hanks also won the Ladies Super Sporting World Champion title which was a side event.

“Haylyn continues to deliver impressive performances in big international events, which is not an easy feat,” said Jason Evans, CEO, Blaser Group. “We applaud her focus and determination and are honored to have her on Team Blaser.”

Hanks shoots a Blaser F3 shotgun with Black Leaf Scroll engraving and is a rising senior at Texas A&M University’s Mays Business school.

“It was a great tournament with tough competition from around the world, and I’m pleased to have shot well again this year,” said Hanks. “It’s a joy representing Blaser USA and shooting the F3.”
