The Generation II Predator variants each feature a durable, Burnt Bronze Cerakote barreled action. It pair with a green stock textured with black and bronze splatter, offering both grip and control in the field, according to Ruger. The cold hammer-forged barrel measures 22 inches in a medium contour. It features deep spiral fluting on most variants. The system adds rifle balance while maintaining rigidity and accuracy, according to Ruger. The threaded muzzle includes a factory-installed radial muzzle brake.

The American Gen II provides a significant re-launch and upgrade to the popular American rifle line. It delivers improved ergonomics, a three-position safety, stainless steel bolt and more rigid stock.
