The 2026 POMA Pinnacle Award winners were announced during POMA’s Annual Summit at Wild Wings of Oneka in Hugo, Minnesota on Thursday, May 25.
POMA’s Pinnacle Awards are the highest honor in outdoor communication – recognizing excellence in outdoor journalism, photography, broadcasting, magazine production and content creation across traditional and emerging media platforms.
The winners of the 2026 Pinnacle Awards are:

- Winner – Tyler Frantz, Determination, Dignity in Dog’s Last Dance
- Outstanding Achievement – James “Jay” Pinsky, Hunting With Bob One Last Time
