Sophomore Season of “Hardcore Carnivore” with Jess Pryles Returns September 29 on Outdoor Channel

The Ultimate Meat-Eating Adventure Returns with Live Fire Cook and Professional Carnivore Jess Pryles

DENVER (September 12, 2024) – Jess Pryles, renowned live-fire cook, meat science expert, and unapologetic carnivore, returns for a second season of Hardcore Carnivore, premiering September 29 at 9 p.m. ET on Outdoor Channel. This season, Pryles takes viewers on another epic journey across the country, blending her passion for hunting, butchery, and cooking with her signature humor and expertise.

Hardcore Carnivoredelves into the world of meat—from commercial to small-scale meat production—and explores the best methods for hunting, butchering, and cooking all types of protein. Season two features more hunts, intriguing culinary experiments, and heartfelt moments with friends and mentors who share her love for the outdoors and great food.

This season, Pryles embarks on a variety of adventures that highlight her versatility as a hunter, butcher, and cook. From hunting wild hogs in South Texas with her friend Matt Hughes to learning about meat science at West Texas A&M, she continues to show the connection between the land and the meal. She explores the art of curing country hams at Benton’s, drives cattle at Devil’s Hole Ranch, and even takes on her first nilgai hunt with her friend Shaundi, who again appears in season two. Along the way, Pryles shares meals with friends like legendary pitmaster Pat Martin, cooks cabrito on a custom asado cross, and embarks on a road trip across Wisconsin to discover local culinary traditions.

Tune in for season two of Hardcore Carnivore starting on September 29 at 9 p.m. ET during Outdoor Channel’s “Premiere Week” with epic new series and episodes dropping all week long.
